IGNITE High Performance Mentoring Program

Our IGNITE Program, launched in Term 3 2025, recognises students who have achieved outstanding results throughout their academic program supported by their performance in NAPLAN and PAT, Performance Tasks, etc.

At MSC, we believe in celebrating excellence while also providing opportunities for further growth. The mentoring program is designed to:

• Acknowledge the dedication and achievement of high-performing students.
• Extend their skills beyond standard assessments by exploring advanced learning challenges.
• Provide opportunities for leadership, reflection, and peer mentorship.
• Encourage students to set learning goals for continued success.

Phase 1 of the program involved fifteen Year 7 students in a 5-week program, covering five learning themes. Next, the program will extend to Year 9 students.
