Everything you need to know about enrolling your child at Mornington Secondary College.
Moving from Grade 6 to Year 7 and beginning at a new school takes a small amount of adjustment for both students and parents. We are here to help you navigate your way through.

Year 7 2024 Transition Information
Alternative Family Form
If there is another parent, family or family member involved in the care of your son/daughter, please complete this form, if you require their details to be added to your son/daughter’s enrolment information.
Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund (CSEF) application
If your current Centrelink Health Care Card has your son/daughter’s name stated, you are entitled to apply for the Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund (CSEF).
State Schools Relief (SSR) – Uniform Package
Families who hold a current Health Care Card are also entitled to apply for the SSR Uniform Package.

Year 7 Scholarship Information
Year 6 to 7 Transition Information
If you are a parent of a Year 6 student, you are not required to complete the online enrolment enquiry form. Transition to Secondary School forms are distributed to parents/carers via your child’s primary school.
All other enrolments
Complete the online enrolment form.
School Zone Information
All public schools are now zoned. Students with a permanent residential address within the Mornington Secondary College zone are guaranteed enrolment at Mornington Secondary College, however out-of-zone enrolment enquiries will be considered.
Getting to School – Bus Information
All bus allocations are based on eligibility, residential address and the closest available bus stop.
